: 30 AM The SeaMonkey Project has released SeaMonkey 2.1 Beta 3, a version which makes a wide range of new features available to a wide audience for the first time. Lots of things have been added and v?lkommern since the SeaMonkey 2.1 Beta 2 hit the streets back in February, and we are now one step closer to final release of version 2.1 of integrated Internet app suite.SeaMonkey 2.1 Beta 3, you can enter safe mode on the Help menu, and you can permanently apply some of the settings as safe mode if you so wish. When a plugin crashes, you are now immediately display options, such as reloading of the page. Built-in extensions like ChatZilla, JavaScript debugger, DOM inspector, and DebugQA is now installed by default. SeaMonkey Sync has gotten an easier installation process and Windows 7 jump lists are now supported. Also added detection of obsolete plug-ins, WebGL support, an optional search bar (including the proposal for the search engines that support them.), engine manager for OpenSearch, and plug-ins are now working on feeds appear in MailNews windows.
ChatZilla works again, which is the JavaScript Debugger Venkman, and Download progress is displayed in the taskbar in Windows 7. Restoring large browser sessions has been improved and you can also switch tabs by using the mouse scroll.
This is a beta, the obvious warnings apply: stuff can break, bugs can show up everywhere and generally speaking, you probably should not use this version on which the driver daily--at least not from the get-go, without having tried it for a while first.
